The ministry of our Mission and Outreach team includes interactions on local, national, and international levels:
The Reconciliation House is a six-bed, MASH-certified men’s sober house located in the former parish rectory. RHI opened in September 2016 and is separately incorporated from the Church as a non-profit, tax-exempt 501c3.
Little Free Library is a nonprofit whose mission is to inspire readers, build community, and provide access to books for everyone. The Church of the Reconciliation is home to its own Little Free Library located in front of the Church on North Main St.
Webster Dudley Food Share is a non-profit that provides food to any Webster and Dudley residents in need.
Member of Afghan Resettlement Neighborhood Support Team (NST) under the umbrella of Ascentria. In partnership with Zion Lutheran Church, we assist a family of 11 from Afghanistan during their resettlement. Support includes ESL lessons, assisting with shopping, and sharing in their family’s joys like welcoming a new child in June 2022.
Mampong Babies Home of Ghana houses 20-30 infants whose mothers have died in childbirth. Change is collected over the course of a year and then donated to the Home.
