Officers: Each officer serves a one-year term, and is eligible to run again for a maximum of six terms before needing to step down for a minimum of one year. At that point, they are eligible for re-election as officers.

Vestry Members: Our vestry consists of five positions. Each position is filled for a three-year term. Ideally, only two positions are vacated each year, so that there is never a need to fill more than two positions in any given year. However, in the event, a position is vacated before the three-year term is complete, an individual may be asked to fill that position for the remainder of the term. Individuals may serve for two consecutive three-year terms before needing to step down for a minimum of one year. At that point, they are eligible for re-election to the vestry.
